Below, we present some aspects of the courses which Vox Civica organizes. All the information have a general character and can be changed anytime, in some limits. We mention we are opened to discuss any variant of your proposals, just contact us and we will decide together.

  • The number of participants for a course we can organize is between minimum eight and maximum fifteen participants in a session.
  • As well, the standard schedule of the courses can be changed in function of the participants proposals and jointly with them, before the course start.
  • Depending of the topics of the training courses and the trainers who will teach, we can organize, as well, courses for minimum six participants. For that we have to be informed in advance with three months.
  • The courses standard duration is of six day and two days of travel. For other duration you have to contact us before with at least three months.

  • The courses organized in Romania can take place in various locations located in the most picturesque areas of the country, depending on the requests of the participants. We will propose at least three available locations for each course.
  • The standard locations we have are available anytime and are located in two areas wellknown for the beauty of the places such as Bucovina, in the north, and Valea Buzau, in the southeast of the country.
  • If our beneficiaries wish to choose another location, everywhere in Europe, they have to inform us with six months before, in order to make some practical arrangements as well as to contract the trainers.

  • Vox Civica has a large network of trainers which include local trainers and trainers around Europe with whom we have a very good collaboration.Depending on the type of courses, will be invited trainers not only from Romania but also from other countries who will be the best in their fields of activity.
  • The official language of courses is English. For the participants within same country we can provide courses in the following national languages: Spanish, Italian, Greek, French, Portuguese, Slovakian, Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Serbian and German.

 –  Participants arrival – registration and accommodation

 –  Welcome in Romania! A welcome traditional snack sprinkled with a traditional drink!

Monday

 –  Introductory meeting, explanation of practical arrangements, presentation of timetable;

 –  Self-introducing the participants and the sending institutions (PowerPoint presentations);

 –  Icebreakers, introduction to the course; needs and expectations;

 –  Welcome dinner in a traditional Romanian style!

Tuesday

 –  Course content;

 –  Cultural day: guided visit to the local or national touristic objectives;
