Applicant: VOX CIVICA ASSOCIATION
Host Partner: Training provider from Bulgaria – Fair Chance Association
This project was born from the desire to increase the level of knowledge, education and culture of Vox Civica Association members in areas of interest for our organization such as digitization and sustainable development.
To identify those training activities that are best suited to the needs of our organization, but especially to the training, knowledge and personal development needs of our students, and which overwhelmingly come from vulnerable groups (Roma people, people without income, etc.), we analyzed the organization level and identified a series of areas where people from our target groups can develop their level of knowledge and competencies and can acquire a range of skills and abilities that can help them in everyday life. Among the identified areas of interest, the following were prioritized:
- Development of advanced digital skills, especially those based on new information and IT technologies (artificial intelligence – AI, Internet of Things – IoT, augmented reality – AR, virtual reality – VR, etc.);
- Increasing the level of knowledge about sustainable development and developing skills and competencies of separate waste collection, and recycling, as well as developing new skills regarding consumption behaviour, use of green energy sources, etc.
- Awareness of the need for more active involvement in community life, to become active and responsible citizens and to develop awareness of community belonging.
- Developing the spirit of tolerance and understanding towards other peoples and cultures, accepting and respecting the traditions, customs and beliefs of other peoples, and accepting and promoting the multicultural values of the European Union.

The target – group of the project
The initial application planned for eight mobilities: four in advanced digitalization and four in sustainable development. However, only four mobilities were approved. Consequently, all mobilities were allocated to advanced digitalization for Vox Civica’s active members and volunteers.
Subsequently, we decided to collaborate with our partner organization in Bulgaria, the Fair Chance Association, with whom we have partnered on two other small projects. So, our National Agency advised us to make two additional mobilities using the funds saved by selecting a host partner from Bulgaria.
The participants were selected among the active members of Vox Civica. After a rigorous selection process where selected the following persons:
- Iosif Călin – Chairman of the organization – see the link: Iosif Călin, the Legal representative – Vox Civica
- Andreea-Elena Țurcan, secretary of Vox Civica, a specialist in Social Assistance and core member of the organization – see the link: Andreea Țurcan, the Professional in Social Assistance – Vox Civica

The recognition of learning outcomes acquired in mobility is done through the Europass Mobility Document and is the responsibility of both the sending and receiving organisations.
- Vox Civica submitted requests to the National Agency for Qualifications to issue the CNE code and will enable the sending organization to draft the Europass Mobility document for each participant.
- The host organizations are responsible for recording all categories of competencies acquired by the participants in the Europass Mobility Document, using the standard form and the official language of the project.
- Participants can then use the Europass Mobility Document when dealing with third parties, such as organizations and private employers.
Here is the CNE codes of the participants issued by the National Agency for Qualifications:

- Andreea-Elena Țurcan – 17189614982392
- Mădălina Matache – 17189612852392

- Given our excellent collaboration with the Fair Chance Association from Sofia, Bulgaria, which has demonstrated strong training competences in advanced digitalization during our small partnership projects with other partners from Spain and Turkey, we decided to include them in our plans, as host organization.
