Advancing digital skills and empowering Vox Civica members through international collaboration: Vox Civica members attend a six-day long Erasmus+ training in Varna (Bulgaria)

From July 11th to 16th, Vox Civica members Iosif Călin, Mădălina Matache, Claudiu Călin, Oana-Roxana Panait, Andreea-Elena Țurcan, and Marina Călin had the invaluable opportunity to attend a transformative training course in Varna, Bulgaria. This initiative was part of the Erasmus+ Programme’s KA122 – Adult Mobilities project, specifically aimed at advancing the digital skills of our core staff.

Hosted in the picturesque coastal city of Varna, the training course brought together our staff members with the professionals of the Fair Chance Association from Sofia, fostering a dynamic environment of cross-cultural exchange and learning, creating a vibrant environment for knowledge exchange and skill development. The primary focus of this training was to elevate the digital competencies of participants to an advanced level, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the demands of modern civil society environments.

Key Learning Outcomes

Advanced digital skills: The course provided comprehensive training on advanced digital tools and technologies, enhancing our team’s ability to integrate these resources effectively into their educational practices.

Innovative teaching techniques: Participants explored innovative methods for utilizing digital platforms to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
