The representatives of Vox Civica, Mădălina Matache and Claudiu Călin, begun, alongside to the other representatives of the Partners countries, the first Pilot-Training on entrepreneurship within „A New ENTRance” project.
The courses are held in Kiskunhalas (Hungary) in a beautiful location, property of our Partner HEEDA, situated in the small village Kunfeherto, named Pici Paci Porta (in translation, the house of the small horses).
The participants benefit of the services of two experimented trainers, Ronald Schönknecht from Germany and Chrysanthi Georganta from Greece, both members in the staff of our partners from these countries.
The aims of the training are to provide to the participants the necessary tools for becoming, at their turn, trainers for young Roma who would like to become entrepreneurs in their countries.
It was the tasks of our partners, Institute for Entrepreneurship Development (IED) in Greece and Jugendstil from Germany, to draft the curricula on which basis will be held the training.
At their turn, the other partners, including the partners mentioned above, had as a task to identify the necessity of training in the field of entrepreneurship among Roma people in the partner countries. This thing was done, by applying specific questionnaires within Roma communities, questionnaires drafted with the support of all the partners, by addapting them to the real situation of each community in each country.
